Ma Zhengfeng

Expert in metallurgical coal injection technology, senior engineer, expert of Metallurgical Branch of China Electromechanical Equipment Maintenance and Reconstruction Technology Association, deputy chief engineer of Metallurgical Engineering Design Company of Tianjushi Group.

Ma graduated from Beijing University of Science and Technology, majoring in mechanical engineering.Ma experts in the design and production of blast furnace coal injection project, and has rich experience in production and design of coal injection system.

Since his graduation, Ma has participated in the basic research work of several coal injection projects, such as the basic research of large coal injection in blast furnace,as well asthe optimization research of coal injection utilization rate and benefit in blast furnace, etc. In addition, Ma has involved in some researcheson the safety control of bituminous coal injection in blast furnace, improving the production capacity of pulverizing system and injecting coarse pulverized coal.

Ma participated in the construction and production management of several blast furnace coal injection projects, including 2*450 m3blast furnace coal injection projects, 2200m3 blast furnace coal injection projects, 2800mblast furnace coal injection projects, 4700mblast furnace coal injection projects, etc.

Ma presided over the process design of several blast furnace coal injection projects such as Phase 3 Coal Injection Project for Shanxi Gaoyi Steel Co., Ltd. and phase 2 coal injection project for Qinhuangdao Baigong Steel Co., Ltd. Ma published more than a dozen of papers in magazines such as "Steel" and "Ironmaking", such as "Approaches to Improve the Pulverizing Ability of the Coal Injection System", "Influence of Pulverized Coal Particle Size on Combustion Performance in Front of Blast Furnace Tuyere", "Safety Control of Bituminous Coal Injection in Blast Furnace", "Industrial Experiment of Relaxing Pulverized Coal Particle Size Injection in Blast Furnace", "Influence of Adding MgO on Combustion Rate of Pulverized Coal Injection in Blast Furnace", "Waste Gas Circulation Process of Blast Furnace Pulverizing System", "Safety Control and Accident Treatment of Blast Furnace Coal Injection System". Ma also holds more than ten patents such as "oxygen-enriched coal injection system for pellets in rotary kiln with grate".
